Custard Noodle Pudding

  • 10 oz. thin noodles
  • 3 c. milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 lb. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cook noodles.

    Cut cream cheese into small pieces and stir into noodles.

    Add sugar to eggs and beat.

    Add milk and mix well. Add melted margarine and vanilla.

    Add to drained noodles and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Can top with cinnamon, sugar and chopped nuts (optional).
