  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. scalded milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt together.

    Pour hot milk in and beat.

    Pour in unbaked shell; sprinkle nutmeg on top.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then 325° until done.
