- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- nutmeg
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly.

2Add sugar and mix well. Add milk and vanilla.

3Strain mixture as you pour it into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

4Bake at 400° for about 40 minutes. Do not overbake or it will get watery.
