  • 3 eggs
  • 5 Tbsp. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 9-inch deep dish pie shell

Directions

    Mix eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and milk together.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.

    Bake in preheated 425° oven for about 1/2 to 1 hour or until knife comes out clean when inserted in center of pie.
