  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • unbaked 9-inch single pie crust
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Beat eggs in large bowl.

    Add sugar, salt, vanilla, nutmeg and milk and mix well.

    Pour in unbaked pie crust.

    Preheat oven to 425° and bake about 30 minutes or until a knife in center comes out clean.
