Ingredients
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- dash of cinnamon
- 1 pie shell
Directions

1In large bowl, mix all ingredients except cinnamon (taste mixture - you may need to add sugar).

2Pour into unbaked pie shell. (If you have too much, bake extra in custard cups.)

3Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

4Bake at 420° for 10 minutes.

5Reduce to 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, until set.

6Do not overcook.

7Serve with Cool Whip, warm or cold.
