  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 9-inch pie shell

Directions

    Warm milk to scalding.

    Do not boil. Add to beaten eggs and sugar.

    Pour into raw pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake in a 375° oven for 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
