- 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 9-inch pie shell

1Warm milk to scalding.

2Do not boil. Add to beaten eggs and sugar.

3Pour into raw pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake in a 375° oven for 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
