- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Pour into pie plate (lined), then layer after mixing ingredients well together.

2Bake at 450° for 10 minutes to set the rim.

3Reduce heat to 325° and continue baking for thirty minutes or until custard is set.

4Sprinkle a little grated coconut on top when removed from the oven.
