  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg (and some extra for sprinkling on top)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat eggs; add milk (put flour and nutmeg in a little bit of the milk and dissolve before adding), sugar and vanilla. Strain into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then 350° until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
