  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • nutmeg
  • 4 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 c. scalded milk

    Blend eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Gradually stir in milk.
