- 3 None sheets pie dough, thawed
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 5 None drops yellow food coloring (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly grease two 12-hole shallow patty pans.

2Using a 3 inch cutter, cut rounds from the pie dough and ease into the pans.

3In a small bowl, using an electric mixer, beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Beat in milk and food coloring until well combined.

4Pour filling into the prepared crusts. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the dough is golden and filling is just set. Cool in pan 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm or cold.
