- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2Melt the butter and then brush it along the insides of a muffin pan.

3Crack the eggs into a bowl, pour in the milk, and whisk until slightly combined. Then slowly whisk in the flour and salt.

4Pour the batter into each muffin cup until they are filled about 1/2 of the way.

5Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. When done remove, and then prick with a fork so they keep their shape. Serve up immediately.
