- 1 can sauerkraut (homemade can be used)
- 2 cans water
- 4 to 5 slices bacon
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 large or 2 medium potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Put sauerkraut and water in pot and start cooking.

2Peel and shred potatoes. Add them to the sauerkraut, cooking on low. Cut the bacon in small pieces and fry until brown.

3Add to sauerkraut. Put onion in skillet with bacon drippings and cook until clear. Add flour and cook a little longer.

4Put onion/flour mixture into sauerkraut.

5Mix well.

6Continue cooking until potatoes are done.
