  • 1 can Trappey jalapinto pinto beans
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 small can chopped green chiles
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1/2 yellow onion, chopped

Directions

    In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion.

    Drain any fluid off the beef.

    Add the green chiles, drain the corn and add to the skillet.

    Add the beans, salt and pepper.

    Heat until hot, then serve with picante sauce and tortillas.

    Sprinkle with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
