- 3 lbs ground beef
- 1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/8 cup onion powder
- salt and pepper
- ketchup
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Combine all of the ingredients except for the ketchup. It is easiest to just mix it up with your hands.

3Form into two loaves.

4Spread ketchup over the top of each loaf, and wrap each in foil sealing the foil tightly without squishing the meatloaf. Note: Sealing the foil slows the cooking time, which is why it takes so long to cook, but it also keeps the meat from drying out.

5Line a baking pan with foil, and place the foil wrapped loaves in it.

6Bake for 1 hour 45 minutes.

7Poke holes in the foil that is wrapped around the meatloaf and let any grease drain out into the pan while baking another 15 minutes.
