- 3 long loaves of bread
- 1 c. finely grated onion
- 1 1/2 c. finely grated celery
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 c. milk (whole milk)
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- turkey giblets
Directions

1Boil giblets until tender, saving water.

2Chop giblets.

3Tear bread into small pieces.

4Mix all ingredients together.

5Use water from giblets and continue mixing until stuffing is the consistency of a thick paste.

6Stuff the bird.

7Place what's left in a loaf pan and cook until done (bread like).
