- 2 large Persimmon
- 75 grams Sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 50 ml Water
Directions

1Remove the stem and skin from the persimmons and cut into bite-sized pieces.

2Add the sugar and water to a thick frying pan and turn on the heat.

3When it starts to thicken, add the lemon juice.
