Ingredients

  • 2 King Crab Legs or
  • 1/2 lb cooked lump crab meat
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 pints heavy cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup chardonnay
  • 1/2 shot of cream sherry
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire
  • 1 to taste:celery salt
  • 1 to taste:old bay
  • 1 to taste:black pepper
  • 1 to taste:garlic powder
  • 1 to taste:dry parsley flakes
  • 1 to taste:season all
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 sprig of fresh thyme

Directions

    Add all ingredients together in pot or deep skillet.Using dry ingredients to taste.

    Simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes.

    Serve with crusty bread to dip
