  • 8 oz Can Crushed Pineapple
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Flour (Heaping)
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 8 oz CoolWhip
  • 1 lb Gala Apples
  • 1 cup Roasted Peanuts

Directions

    Drain can of pineapple

    Mix pineapple juice, egg, sugar, flour and vinegar in a pan.

    Cook and stir over medium heat until thick.

    Stir continuously.

    Cool completely.

    Mix cooled mixture with coolwhip and 1/2 cup of roasted peanuts.

    Peel and slice apples.

    Mix crushed pineapple and apples with mixture.

    Top with the other 1/2 cup of roasted peanuts.

    Keep covered and refrigerated.
