Daisy'S Deviled Crab

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine
  • 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
  • margarine
  • paprika

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except margarine and paprika.

    Place in individual crab shells.
  3. 3
    Dot each one with margarine and sprinkle with paprika.

    Put in the broiler until margarine is melted and they are golden brown.

    If you do not have crab shells you can use aluminum ones that you get from any seafood department or put in a shallow baking dish.
