- 1 lb. chopped meat
- 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 head cabbage
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
Directions

1Put cabbage in freezer for 2 or 3 days.

2Thaw and pull off leaves.

3(It's easier than boiling.)

4Combine meat, rice, onion, salt and pepper.

5Place tablespoon of mixture on cabbage leaf and roll.

6Place cabbage rolls in saucepan and cover with sauerkraut, soup and water enough to cover rolls.

7Cook over low heat.

8Cooks in 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
