Ingredients
- 1 qt. dandelion blossoms (without stems)
- 1 qt. water
- 1 pkg. Sure-Jell
- 1 tsp. lemon or orange extract
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Boil blossoms in 1 quart of water for about 3 minutes only. Drain off.

2Add 3 cups juice to Sure-Jell and lemon or orange extract.

3Bring to a boil.

4Add sugar.

5Boil about 3 minutes.

6Can seal and process 5 minutes in boiling water bath.

7Makes 5 (1/2 pints).
