- 5 to 6 lemons, sliced thin
- 2 gal. boiling water
- 8 lb. sugar
- 1/2 yeast (small) cake
Directions

1Combine the blooms with the lemons and add the boiling water; let stand 3 days.

2Boil 20 minutes.

3When cool, strain through a cloth.

4Add the sugar and yeast cake.

5Place in jars. Set aside to ferment.

6Rack off and seal.
