- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 pinches salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- decorating candy sprinkles
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, coat the bowl with butter, then leave the remaining butter in the bowl.

2Add corn syrup, vanilla and salt to the bowl.

3Stir and mix well.

4Add powdered sugar.

5Stir and mix well.

6Remove mixture from mixing bowl and place on a clean counter top or cutting board.

7Pound, squeeze and roll candy until it feels smooth.

8Roll candy into small balls, about the size of a walnut.

9Roll the balls in a bowl of sprinkles.

10Place on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
