  • 2 c. apples, diced
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. flour with 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Add eggs to sugar, then add flour.

    Mix well and add butter, nuts, apples, salt and vanilla.

    Put in greased and floured pan, about 9 x 12-inch, and bake in 375° oven for 30 minutes.
