- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- whipping cream, whipped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

3Pour into greased and floured 8-inch square pan. Bake about 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
