  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • juice of one lemon
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Cream butter, 6 tablespoons sugar, beat in egg.

    Add 2 cups flour and baking powder.

    Mix well.

    Pat into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Mix together remaining ingredients until smooth.

    Pour into crust.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300°. Chill well before serving.
