- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1In saucepan, combine water and margarine; bring to a boil. Add flour, baking powder and salt, all at once, stirring vigorously.

2Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.

3Remove from heat.

4Cool slightly.

5Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg until smooth. Stir in parsley.

6Drop dumplings from tablespoon to make 12 mounds on top of bubbling soup or stew.

7Cover and cook for 20 minutes. (Don't lift cover.)
