  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 c. finely ground cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. butter

    Chill 4 hours and then fry in butter.
