- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 dash nutmeg
Directions

1In a large bowl mix beef and pork.

2Do not over work.

3Add the minced onion and salt, pepper and nutmeg.

4Stir in egg and blend.

5Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

6Drop the meat mixture in by a tablespoon at a time into the boiling water.

7When the meat balls float to the top they are done and scoop them out with a slotted spoon to drain.

8Serve them with a curry sauce over them.
