- 2 c. flour, divided
- 1 c. (2 sticks) margarine, room temperature, divided
- 1 c. water plus 3 Tbsp. divided
- 1 Tbsp. almond extract
- 3 eggs
- Mocha Frosting (see recipe)
- chopped walnuts for garnish
Directions

1Measure 1 level cup flour into bowl.

2Using hands, blend in 1 stick of the margarine.

3When combined, sprinkle with 2 to 3 tablespoons cold water.

4Round into ball with hands; divide in half.

5Pat each half onto baking sheet with non-stick surface, creating 2 oblongs, each about 12 x 4 1/2 x 1/8-inch.

6The oblongs should be about 1-inch apart.
