  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. hot coffee
  • 1 c. sour milk
  • 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Put all ingredients in bowl.

    Beat for two minutes.

    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Batter will be very thin. Bake at 350° until cake tests done, about 45 minutes.

    When cool. Frost with your favorite frosting.
