- 1 cup soft butter (no substitutions)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 ounces white chocolate, melted
Directions

1Mix sugar and butter. Cream well.

2Add vanilla.

3Mix dry ingredients.

4Add gradually to creamed mixture.

5Knead well.

6Shape into two 9 inch logs.

7Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate from one to 24 hours.

8Preheat overn 350F.

9Slice into 1/4 inch slices and bake on parchment paper lined cookie sheets for 20 minutes.

10Drizzle tops with melted white chocolate while still warm.
