  • 80 grams butter
  • 80 grams bitter chocolate
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 eggs seperated
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup flour sifted

Directions

    Heat the oven to 180C

    Put the butten in a pan and melt, do let it boil, take it from the fire and put the chocolate in it, set aside

    Mix together sugar and egg yolks, set aside

    Cream the egg whites with a pinch of salt,
  5. 5
    Stir chocolate mix, and sifted flour into sugar and egg mix,

    And finally stir the egg whites into the cake batter until they are incorporated,

    Put the muffin tin and bake approximately 15-20 minutes
