  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 8 oz. pkg. dates, chopped
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Melt butter; add dates and sugar.

    Cook until sugar dissolves (about 5 minutes).

    Add Rice Krispies, pecans and vanilla.

    Mix well; roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
