- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 8 oz. box chopped dates
- 2 to 2 3/4 c. Rice Krispies
- 3/4 c. pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 box coconut
Directions

1Melt butter and add egg, sugar and chopped dates.

2Cook in skillet at 300° for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.

3Remove from heat and add cereal, nuts and vanilla.

4Form balls and roll in coconut.
