  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 box chopped, pitted dates
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts and/or 1/2 c. coconut
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Combine butter, sugar and dates.

    Microwave on High, 3 1/2 to 6 minutes or until thickened.

    Cool slightly.

    Add nuts and/or coconut and Rice Krispies.

    Roll into balls about 1-inch in diameter.
  6. 6
    Roll in powdered sugar.
