Ingredients
- 8 oz Light Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Salted Butter
- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 4 oz Chopped Dates
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon/Sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Using an electric mixer, cream the butter, cream cheese, and vanilla.

3Add in flour and nutmeg and beat until mixed to a dough.

4Divide dough into 10 portions and place into cooking sprayed cupcake tray.

5Form into cup shapes in the bottom of tray.

6In a food processor or blender, add dates, egg, and brown sugar.

7Puree until smooth.

8Spoon equal amounts of filling into dough cups until all the filling is used.

9Sprinkle the tops of each with equal amounts of cinnamon/sugar.

10Baked at 350F for 18 minutes.
