- 1/2 lb. pecans
- 10 Tbsp. white (fine) cracker crumbs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. white sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. canned milk
Directions

1Beat egg yolks.

2Add canned milk.

3Add sugar and beat.

4Add fruit and nut mixture with crumbs.

5Mix together, then fold in the egg whites which have been beaten well.

6Pour in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

7Bake in slow oven for 40 minutes.
