Ingredients: 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened; 2 Tbsp. sugar; 1/4 c. milk; 1 c. crumbled soft macaroon cookies (4 to 5 cookies); 1/2 c. chopped pitted dates; 1/2 c. chopped pecans; 1 c. whipping cream; 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie shell; 1 orange, peeled and sectioned

1/4 c. milk
1 c. crumbled soft macaroon cookies (4 to 5 cookies)
1/2 c. chopped pitted dates
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. whipping cream
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie shell
1 orange, peeled and sectioned

Directions

In small mixer bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar. Gradually add milk, beating until mixture is smooth.

Stir in macaroon crumbs, dates and pecans.

Beat cream just to soft peaks. Fold whipped cream into cheese mixture.

Turn into pie shell. Chill until firm.

Garnish with orange.
