Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. walnuts
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. dates, cut fine
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • coconut

Directions

    Melt the butter in saucepan and add sugar, nuts, egg and dates.

    Stir and cook 10 minutes until thick and bubbly.

    Cool lightly.

    Add Rice Krispies and vanilla.

    Roll into balls and in the coconut.
