- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. nuts, cut up
- 2 1/3 c. Bisquick mix
- 3/4 c. dates, chopped
Directions

1Grease pan.

2Heat oven at 375°.

3Stir all ingredients in except dates and nuts in pan with fork for 1 minute.

4Add dates and nuts.

5Bake 45 to 55 minutes.

6When cake leaves the pan, it is done.

7Remove from pan and cool.
