- 12 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
- 14 teaspoon instant coffee
- 14 cup applesauce
- 23 cup sweet potato puree
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 23 cup cocoa powder
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
Directions

1melt butter, mix in cocoa powder.

2mix together flour, flax seed, baking powder, sweet potato, and molasses.

3mix together vanilla and instant coffee, add to cocoa mixture.

4add cocoa mixture to flour mixture.

5spoon into 8 x 8 greased baking dish, flatten surface.

6bake at 350 degrees for 20 minute.
