- 1 lb. pitted dates
- 1 lb. pecan pieces
- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Cut dates into 3 pieces.

3Cut cherries in half.

4Combine all dry ingredients.

5Add to dates, pecans and cherries.

6Combine vanilla with well beaten eggs, then add to flour and fruit mixture.
