- 1 lb. dates, chopped
- 1 lb. pecans, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. plain flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat eggs until very light.

2Add sugar and vanilla.

3Dredge nuts and dates with cup of sifted flour.

4Fold into egg mixture. Add salt.

5Bake in loaf pans at 300° until done.
