  • 1 c. chopped dates
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. breadcrumbs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • confectioners sugar

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together except whipping cream and confectioners sugar.

    Put into baking dish and bake until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

    Chop pudding into small pieces.
  4. 4
    Whip 1/2 pint whipping cream and add small amount of confectioners sugar to taste.
  5. 5
    Fold into pudding.
  6. 6
    Top with a dollop of whipping cream when served.
