  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

    Cream the butter and sugar together.

    Add eggs; beat well. Mix the dry ingredients together.

    Add to the creamed butter, sugar and eggs.

    Divide the dough into 3 parts and wrap in wax paper.

    Chill overnight.

    (This makes it easier to spread the filling on the dough.)
