  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp. chicken bouillon
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk

    With wire whisk, beat eggs and milk so that all the whites are mixed in. Mix all dry ingredients together and pour into a 1/2-gallon paper or plastic bag. Moisten chicken with egg mixture. Put one piece at a time into the bag and shake until coated. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 425° for 40 to 50 minutes or until juices are no longer pink when cut.
