- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped dates
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 egg whites
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. nuts
Directions

1Mix egg yolks and sugar together; heat until very creamy. Sift flour and baking powder; add to nuts and dates.

2Fold into the egg yolk mixture.

3Beat egg whites and fold into all of mixture.

4Bake in a low temperature oven, 275°, until golden brown, about 40 minutes.
