- 3/4 lb. sharp cheese
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
- 10 eggs
Directions

1In a 10 x 6 x 2-inch dish, slice half the cheese to cover the bottom.

2Mix seasonings with sour cream; spread half of sour cream mixture over cheese.

3Spread crumbled sausage over sour cream mixture.

4Break whole eggs on top of sausage.

5Puncture each yolk so it will flatten slightly.

6Spread remaining sour cream mixture and top with remaining grated cheese.

7Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes (until eggs are firm).

8Great with fresh fruit and homemade biscuits.
